Description: This programmable counter / timer from Philips is a very versatile unit capable of many computations including pulse width, rise and fall time and duty cycle across. The device has two inputs and is able to compute differences between the two including phase. Custom computations between the two inputs can be defined and enabled using the 9 digit keyboard.

Several limitations apply to more complex computations such as those of phase and rise and fall time. These typically manifest in a mandatory dead time of several 10s to 100s of nanoseconds which severely reduces the maximum frequency (2 MHz for phase & 10 MHz for rise and fall).
Current state: Almost fully working except for intermittent display. Display seems repaired after removing lose metal flakes inside the chassis.
